The days of winter fills with warmth,
through the clouds the sun shines through;
a hint of freshness clears the sky,
the rain has gone for good we hope.

The days of winter will soon be gone,
brining with it the raining clouds;
with early nights we have no more,
freezing cold nights off our minds.

The days of spring are upon us,
the surrounding parklands fills with life;
flowers bloom with much abundance,
a bouquet of which for someone dear.

The days of winter will be missed,
the cool instead of hot summer nights;
under the clear star-filled sky,
we realised how the fast the year has flown by.
